Registration includes the following:
Full Access to the Conference Program: Admission to all keynote sessions, breakout panels, workshops, and technical talks.
Please note that translation services will be provided (English – Portuguese – Spanish).
Entry to the Exhibitor Expo and poster sessions.
Daily Refreshments: Continental breakfast each morning, Morning and afternoon coffee/tea breaks with light refreshments.
Networking Reception: hosted evening reception with light appetizers and beverages.
Post-Event Access: On-demand access to select session recordings and presentation materials after the conference*
Conference Materials: Name badge and digital event program.
The registration fees are:
Industry/ For profit/ General Registration.
- $500- Early bird rate through January 15, 2027
- $750- Rate after January 15 through May 19, 2027
Government / Academic / Non-Profit / NGO Registration:
- $350 Early bird rate through January 15, 2027
- $500- Rate after January 15 through May 19, 2027
Community Registration- To purchase this ticket, you as a community member must be paying for the ticket and not reimbursed by an official organization (non-profit, government, or for-profit).
- $200 Early bird rate through January 15, 2027
- $350- Rate after January 15 through May 19, 2027
Student Registration - Undergrad and below.
- $150 Early bird rate through January 15, 2027
- $250- Rate after January 15 through May 19, 2027
